Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel a physical order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email info@mydestinyinc.orgwith your order number and we will guide you through it.
Return window
Once you have told us you want to return an item, please post it back to us within a further 14 days. Items must be in their original condition, unmarked and complete.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of returning it is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of postage.
Refund timing
Once we have received your return and checked the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show the refund on your statement.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault, please email info@mydestinyinc.orgwithin seven days of delivery with a short description and a photo if possible. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage.
Bulk and group orders
For bulk orders (15 or more books) we ask you to check the delivery within seven days of receipt and let us know of any shortages or damage in that time. We will work with you to put it right quickly, including replacements or refunds for the affected items.
Items not eligible for return
Digital downloads, event tickets and personalised items cannot be returned once delivered, except where they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
